Arpitha and Ashu will fill you in with their experiences shortly..
Since you have dry,it is advisable to opt for conditioner too..
Coming to regime:
1)since your hair is dry, washing it frequently will make it more dry.So try not to wash your hair not more than twice in a week.
2)My suggestion: Trigaine + Conditioner(Matrix has some good ones, otherwise you can look into Triflow ,Dove etc)
3)Additionally you can try using a good hair mask once a week or so.
4)You can also add a good hair serum or leave in conditioner which moisturises the hair and makes hair more manageable.
Yes dear, sounds like a good combo for hairfall. But remember to give it to time to see improvements..
Few years back I had tried Trigaine,it personally helps with hair fall cause it is loaded with proteins..
I haven't oiled my hair in like 10 years but I do condition my hair regularly so that also makes a difference ..
Good luck Dear
Actually there is no connection between oiling hair and gray hair. Gray hair is because of genetic factors and styling products ..
Other day you mentioned that you have acne, did you know oiling your hair will cause more breakouts? because oil tends to settle on face, blocking pores and causing acne. This is the reason I stopped oiling my hair
Celebrities spend mega bucks on their grooming and styling. For them image is everything so they take good care of themselves, diets, supplements, exercise etc..Then there is hair extensions.
Hi Sangu.Sorry for the late reply,I wrote Trigaine Review. I have been using it from close to 3 years or so.You have no idea how bad my hair fall,it was due to my anemia. So I tried Trigaine Shampoo. It is specifically meant for hair thinning and hair fall problems. It is the best shampoo I have used till date. It has really done wonders to my hair. I have healthy and long hair. I get compliments from others asking what I have done which never happened before So if you planning on using this,I would definitely recommend
