I am glad to hear 70% is cleared. That's good improvement in a short time.Continue all the tips I mentioned.

It took around 2 months in my case.It was aggravated by my HyperThyroidism, all skin problems became worse due to this. Its all good now, those small tips and tricks made a lot of difference.

Why don't you continue Clindamycin itself?I am sure you can ask your doctor friends for prescription. Then you can resume your Triacneal and Kaya Night Cream.

Using Epiduo and Triacneal simultaneously will be very harsh. You got to use one of them.

I see that Perioral Dermatitis is been clearing up well.Yes I do see dryness and peeling. Why don't you apply Avene Skin Recovery Cream?

The thing is if you add Epiduo now,it will increase the dryness. Why don't you try this?
Night 1-Clindamycin
Night 2-Clindamycin
Night 3-Epiduo
Night 4-Clindamycin
Night 5-Clindamycin
Night 6-Epiduo

The thing is I don't want you to experiment in your condition.Be it Clindamycin or Epiduo, you will need a prescription to get it in US.So Triacneal seems like a feasible option.

I would suggest Epiduo. But then again once those two tubes are over you will need prescription to buy in US which you said is not possible.Hence I said go for Triacneal since I don't want you to experiment with acne creams. Its always better to stick to one product.

Re: Reports after three weeks of perioral dermatitis treatment

Deepika
Yess this is thé case..if i go to derma and say that i want prescription of Epiduo or clindasil they wont give me Bcoz they dont  accept diagnosis or treatment of indian docs and thus they will start their own way of treatment i.e steroids..so acc to u i should not use Epiduo?

Yes exactly that is the problem.Whatever you use there is should be continuity in treatment hence since you will have problem procuring Epiduo later, you will go back to Triacneal so better is use Triacneal in that case.

Triacneal has 0.1% Retinaldehydye so that should take care of Perioral Dermatitis.

Hehe yes Triacneal contains 0.1% Retinaldehyde and 6% Glycolic acid.

You are facing dryness so do not forget to apply a moisturiser.Once you start Triacneal,it might increase.Adjust the frequency of Triacneal based on your skin.

Take care dear
